Dawat-e-Murder is made by Seer Labs Games, a business registered in Canada. By buying or playing a mystery you agree to these terms.

What you buy

Each mystery is a digital party game. One purchase lets you host that mystery for your own group, as often as you like, from the browser you bought it on. Your guests play free through the private links you send them. Please don't resell or publicly share the scripts, characters or clues.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices include any sales tax or VAT Paddle must collect where you live.

Hosting a night

• You need an internet connection on every phone in the room; home Wi-Fi is ideal.
• Only add guests who have agreed to play, and only share each guest's link with that guest.
• The mysteries are fiction for adults and older teens (16+). They involve a pretend murder, lies and family secrets, never real people. Each story lists its sensitive themes before you buy.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to make every mystery fair and solvable, and we refund you if one doesn't work (seeRefunds). Beyond that, the games are provided as they are, and our responsibility is limited to the price you paid, as far as the law allows.
