Privacy

The short version: we keep only what's needed to run your party, we don't sell anything, and there are no ad trackers on this site.

What we keep

• Hosts: an anonymous account id in your browser, the mysteries you own, and your game nights.
• Guests: the first names the host types in, and an email address only if the host chooses to email a guest their card. Guests' private links work without any sign-up.
• Payments: handled entirely by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. We never see your card number; Paddle tells us only that a mystery was paid for.

Who processes it

Supabase stores game data, Cloudflare serves this site, Paddle takes payments and Resend sends the optional emails. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long

Guest names and emails from a game night are deleted 90 days after the night. Purchase records are kept for tax law.

Your rights

Under Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and the law where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to us and we'll do it within 30 days.
