Refunds

If the night doesn't happen, you get your money back. Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund the full price, as long as you haven't started Act 1 of that mystery.

Something went wrong on the night?

If a mystery didn't work for your group (a guest's link wouldn't open, the clues didn't add up, the app broke), write to us, even after the 14 days, and tell us what happened. We'll fix it or refund you.

How refunds work

Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, so refunds come from Paddle to the card or wallet you paid with. They usually show within 5 to 10 working days. You can also request a refund from the link in your Paddle receipt email.
